The Pilates Journal Expo 2024: Win BIG Competition: Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Pilates Journal Expo – WIN Big Competition is a guessing game at The Pilates Journal Expo, 3-4 August at Bondi Beach for those aged 18 and over. Employees of The Pilates Journal, Leisure Concepts, Body Organics, Intu Wellness, Club Martyn and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
WIN Period: From Saturday 3rd August 07:30AM (AEST) to 4th August 2024 12:00PM (AEST).
How to Enter: To enter the Win Big Competition, participants at The Pilates Journal Expo will need to:
Guess how many jellybeans are in the jar on the reception desk at the Expo
Entrants must share their contact details, name, business/studio name, address and contacts details to enter on the competition slip provided or write a number on their business card to enter. The winner will be drawn by a member of The Pilates Journal Expo team. By entering this competition, you agree to the collection and use of your contact information by Leisure Concepts for marketing and promotional purposes. If more than one person picks the number selected, a random draw will be undertaken by a member of The Pilates Journal Expo team.
Selection of Winners: The winners will be drawn at random The decision of The Pilates Journal team will be final and binding.
Prize: The prize for the Challenge will be:

6. Notification: The winners will be drawn at midday on Sunday 4th August (AEST). If the winner is not onsite when the winner is announced, another winner will be drawn by 3pm on the Sunday 4th August by the event organiser and so on. The winners details will be collected at The Pilates Journal Expo and Leisure Concepts will arrange delivery post the Expo to an Australian address, all other prizes will be provided to the winners onsite at the Expo.
7. Rights: By entering the Win BIG competition, participants grant The Pilates Journal Expo the right to their name and images for promotional purposes across all media channels including The Pilates Journal and respective social media channels without further compensation.
8. General Conditions: The Pilates Journal Expo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
9. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering The Win Big Competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
